丁兆阳,男,工学博士,副教授,博士生导师,上海市海外高层次人才计划获得者,现为上海市教委“食品冷链及品质控制”高水平团队科研骨干。华东理工大学食品科学与工程专业学士;华东理工大学生物化工专业博士;曾工作于澳门大学健康科学学院博士后;华盛顿大学(西雅图)化学学院副研究员。现为中国农学会食物与营养专业委员会委员;中国食品行业智库专家;海洋生物医药临港科创平台专家;上海市科技管理项目评审专家;Food and Health编委、《包装工程》青年编委。
